Process Tanks

Mueller process tanks can be found in lots of applications in dairy, food/beverage and processing industries. Engineering and manufacturing of these tanks is based on customer specifications regarding pressure, volume, available space.

Tanks are available with capacities in the range of 50 to 50.000 litres.

In order to achieve optimum temperature control the tanks can be fitted with the unique Mueller Temp-Plate heat transfer system. This double walled stainless steel system is fully integrated in the tank.

• Smooth surface finish to prevent adhesion and contamination
• Optimum hygiene
• Excellent control of temperature distribution

The direct transfer of heat or cold to the contents of the tank, without the need of any further heat transfer medium, enables ultimate control of the process. The design of the tank (and Temp-Plate) is always adapted to its particular function. Agitation gear can also be fitted to the tanks when required.

Mueller Lichtenvoorde manufacture a complete range of brewing vessels suitable for both the micro-brewery and industrial brewing processes, such as

These tanks are all produced to customer specifications.

Approvals
Mueller processing tanks can be supplied with approval according to PED 97/23/EC or ASME.
